Elegant is dedicated to providing holistic education, including arts as an important part. In 2015 – 2016, Elegant joined hands with Po Leung Kok to organise International Art and Design Competition, with the support of the Education Bureau, Hong Kong Institute of Education and Hong Kong Society for Education in Art. To raise the students’ awareness for global social issues, the theme of the competition is set according to the International Year proclaimed by the United Nations. The competition has received enthusiastic response with over 1,000 submissions from over ten countries and regions, providing students from around the world a cultural and artistic exchange platform.
